• Electric chain hoist shell:The cooling fin is especially designed to ensure quick heat dissipation with rate up to 40% and continuous service. The shell of the electric chain hoist is made of die-cast aluminum alloy, light but hard.
• Electric chain hoist motor:Dongqi electric chain hoist adopts the Side Magnetic Series YEP Braking Motor.
• Chain hoist gear:The hoist gear of the electric chain hoist is made of alloy steel by carburizing quenching treatment. Thus transmission with low noise and high efficiency is guaranteed.
• Inverse phase sequence protecting device:Invers phase sequence protecting device is used to cut the circuit of the electric chain hoist in case of wiring error in the power supply.
• Side magnetic braking device:The magnetic force generator is the latest design which is featured for generating magnetic force. It makes electric chain hoist instantly braked as soon as the electric power is cut off. Thus the braking safety while loading is guaranteed.
• Electromagnetic contactor:Electromagnetic contactor can be used safely under high frequency.
• Control switch:Waterproof push button is applied to electric chain hoist. It is light and durable.
• Limit switch:The limit switch device is installed where the weight is lifted on and off to make the motor to stop automatically so as to prohibit the chains from exceeding for safety.
• Chain bag:The chain bag of Dongqi electric chain hoist is light, attractive and durable.
• Lifting Chain:The lifting chain of Dongqi electric chain hoist usually adopts FEC G80 ultra heat-treated alloy steel chain, which also can be safety in poor environment such as rain, sea water and chemicals.
• Hoist Hook:The lifting hook of Dongqi electric chain hoist is forged with perfect strength which is hard to break.
• The operation safety of the lower hook is ensured by its 360 degrees rotation and safety.
• Support frame:The loading support frame consists of two steel plates, which is extremely sturdy.
• Transformer:24 V/36 V/48 V transformer device. This device is used to prohibit unexpected accidents caused by electric leakage and guarantees the safe use while raining.
